    Description

You have found an absolute auction for 12 Fertile Hatching Eggs. We will include (3) bonus eggs.
The picture of the eggs is from these birds and will be similar to your mix. These are mostly Easter Eggers with a white Ameraucanas hen in with them - all produce blue eggs. You may get also added, pink, beige or an occasional brown. The rooster is an Easter Egger (Pepper II) who is a very good rooster and like his father before him a barnyard boss but has not shown a hint of aggression towards us or the kids.
The attached photos are the actual rooster and hens that will produced your eggs. They are well kept and very good birds, that are calm, not overly skittish or nervous and take direction well.
Read closely: We refrigerate the eggs (47 degrees) from time of collection until they are shipped as we believe this helps to stabilize the eggs in preparation for their trip.
Your eggs will be Shipped with USPS Priority Mail ASAP with consideration that our goal is getting the most viable eggs to you.
Also, please no international requests and cannot combine shipping for multiple orders due to viability and increased damage risk due to package weight.
We have a 100% fertility rate with a >87% success rate incubating these eggs ourselves and have never had a chick with defect or one failure to thrive that we are aware of. Of course eggs that have been in transit are subjected to conditions beyond our control and a lesser success rate is to be expected but reports from our customers have always been very happy with the results.
We use the box within a box shipping technique to minimize being jostling during transport. We have shipped eggs from the homestead to the east coast and as far away as Alaska without issue and a 9/12 hatched out in the middle of winter nonetheless.
Fell free to ask questions and if you want to learn more about us we have a Facebook page called The Creek Homestead MS
    Thanks and best wishes.
