14+ ENGLISH SILVER LACE CHOCOLATE/MAUVE ORPINGTON HATCHING EGGS

There are lots of good Ebayers out there that abide by Ebay policies and government laws. If you are one of these good Ebayers, this portion of my listing is not for you.
It seems as some folks are not reading my entire listings before bidding or sending messages.  I decided to list my “DO NOTS”  first.
DO NOT bid unless you plan on paying for the auction.
I will not ship to
Alaska,  Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Canada, or any other country outside the United
States.
DO NOT bid if you would require me to ship to any of the above addresses.
DO NOT send me messages asking me to ship to the addresses that I have excluded in
this auction.
DO NOT ask me to sell live birds or hatching eggs outside Ebay since this is breaking
Ebay Rules.
DO NOT bid unless you are willing to take the risks associated with shipped hatching eggs. You could get     a 100 percent hatch or a 0 hatch. I will not refund or replace after negative feedback is posted.
We are very pleased to offer at auction 14+ hatching eggs from our English Silver Lace Chocolate/Mauve Orpington pen.  We have been working on this project for some time now.  All are Silver Laced.  We have Chocolate Silver Laced and Mauve Silver Laced in this pen.  You should get mostly Chocolate Laced since there is only one roo and one hen that are Mauve Laced.  There is a very small chance of getting a Splash Laced which would be mostly white.  The birds in this pen are from three different lines so you will get great genetic diversity.  These birds are still in the project stage but most should have good lacing  Some could still have much poorer lacing than others.
We are NPIP in Kentucky, KY-299. We reserve the right to refuse any auction at our own discretion. We do not ship Internationally or to HI or AK. Thank you for looking at our ad.
This is not a Pre-Sale.  I do not like Pre-Sales and will not do them.  Who knows if their hens will be laying months or even weeks into the future?  This auction is for eggs being laid while the auction is running.  Do not bid on these eggs and expect to have them delivered months or weeks into the future.  Wait until you are ready for the eggs and bid on the auctions that I have listed at that time.
