We use priority mail and package eggs with the utmost care but please understand that we do not guarantee hatch rates. This is because we cannot control what happens to the eggs, how they're handled by the postal service, how they are incubated, etc.
Hatching and shipping eggs is always a gamble. We ask that you leave us feedback only on our packaging and upon receiving the eggs, since anything else is beyond our control. Sometimes the damage from package handlers is too great for mother nature to overcome and your incubation settings and methods are also out of our control, though we will do our best do guide you (if requested) as far as temperatures and humidity go. There will be no refunds, sorry, even if no eggs hatch. I'll happily walk you through the claims process with USPS.
Shipping ONLY to the continental US. Any claims for broken eggs will need to be directed to USPS. Seller not responsible. Plan for holidays, the environment, or postal delays as you see appropriate. We are not responsible once we hand the package to the employee at USPS. No refunds for delays either.
I hatch weekly to check fertility! Please don't try to tell me the eggs are infertile. Viability and fertility are different. They may no longer be viable but that doesn't mean they weren't fertile before travel.
