    Description

    Selling a gorgeous  I847 ROGERS BROS.  SILVERPLATED  JELLY SERVER or JELLY KNIFE in the highly ornate "BERKSHIRE" pattern, Circa 1897. The piece measures approximately 8-1/2" long and approximately 1-1/2" wide across the widest point of the SOLID BLADE.
    The SERVER is embossed with a WONDERFUL SCROLL DESIGN on the top and bottom of the handle tip.  A continued version of that design appears near the bowl and at the handle side of the blade, top and bottom.
    It is clearly marked "1847 ROGERS BROS.  A1" on the back side of the handle...NO MONOGRAMS.
