    You are bidding on a 1857 California Gold 13 Star Indian Head Round 1/4 Token with Center Star on back. The front of the token has a Indian Head facing to the left with 13 five-pointed stars around him and the date"

    Die cracks; from edge to star 5, from edge to star 7.) (Stars 5, 8, 10, and 11 are double punched)
    .  On the back of the token, written in around the center is "
    CALIFORNIA GOLD
    ",  in the center is a Five-pointed star, and around it all is a wreath of leaves and berries on both sides.  This collectible souvenir token was produced for sale in the 1950's and 1960's.
    This Obverse, Indian head, die and reverse, center star, die have only been found together.
