  • Condition: Vintage likely Lyon and Healy Used 5 string banjo, clean for its age and it is playable. The age is only a guess based on others we have seen. Please feel free to contact me with any questions. This is used no case included. The head is a replacement. I am not sure if any other parts have been replaced. The headstock has some tenner that has chipped off as well as the lower part of the fretboard see pics. Sold as is because it is thought to be a 120+ year old instrument.

    LYON & HEALY VINTAGE 5 STRING BANJO WITH ABOUT 39 HOOKS
    This is a cool  banjo it has only a few marks or scraps that I can see. The Headstock and one spot on the fretboard have chips to the ebony vennier No case included.
    Please take a good look at the pictures they give a good look at the condition of this banjo . The banjo is playable and I would say it has good volume it is loud to my ears.  The action is low and that is pretty easy to adjust should you need to.  And its priced very reasonable.
    NO case is included but  It will be well packed. Feel free to contact me with any questions you may have. Don't wait too long or it will be gone!
