1941 Wharton Lapel Pin 2 Piece Gold Filled Enamel

Description

Up for sale today is a 2-piece lapel pin.  1/20th 10K GF.  Blue enamel.  Makers mark D&G with an eagle.
One piece has a "Wharton GWS.  The other piece has "41" on it.  A small chain holds the pieces together.
Perhaps associated with Wharton School?  Not certain.
Good vintage condition.  Age related dirt and wear.
Interesting piece of history for the collector...don't miss this one!
