    Poultry shrink bags allow you to keep poultry refrigerated before freezing.
    HOW TO USE POULTRY SHRINK BAGS?
    1) In a large pot, bring water to 185 degrees Fahrenheit.
    2) After dressing your chicken, make sure you drain it as well as possible. We use a draining rack made for this purpose.
    2) Place chicken, neck  first into the bag.
    3) Push the air out. Do this by giving the chicken a "hug."
    4) Twist the open end shut (make a pigtail) and secure loosely. Loosely because you are trying to avoid sealing the bag airtight before shrinking the bag. The air needs to have a way to escape. Some people like to use a straw and some people piers a small hole in the shrink bag between the two breasts. You can do this but it is not necessary. This comes down to personal preference and technique.
    5) Then, dip the bag into the heated water for 2 to 3 seconds. This will get the perfect result. Don't dip too long otherwise water will enter the bag.
