    Description

    This is the spring usually used inside the pump reservoir(s) of foot pumped player pianos. Blued steel. Strength is approx 8-9 lbs (takes about 8-9 lbs to close spring to a 2" gap on open end, about 11 lbs to completely close it). Length about 8".
    USE EXTREME CAUTION when working with these springs. 8 lbs of force doesn't sound like much but it will be if it gets away from you and the pointed ends of the spring make contact with you (or anything else) in the process.
