Acquired from an estate, this this listing is for a Antique Vintage Slingerland 4 - String Tenor? Open Back Banjo. Slingerland stamped on the dowel stick, 10-3/4" pot, dark finish with pearl dot fret inlays, Grove Pat. tailpiece, 16 brackets (missing one). Measures approx. 30" length from peghead to tailpiece. The head has some discoloration and staining, the peghead has some hairline splits in the wood, the tuning pegs appear to be in good condition, the fretboard is missing two small pieces on each side down by the head, heel and neck have some wear to the finish, small hairline separation on the bottom of the pot, missing bridge, really not bad condition considering age.
