  • Condition: These pieces each show a small amount of wear which is (in my opinion) less than expected on pieces of their vintage. The reverse side of the blade of the butter knife shows the most wear (pitting from probably being left standing with a salty residue on it). It is near the widest part of the blade, seen in photo 4. The inner part of the bowl of the spoon has a few small blemishes, which photography seems to intensify. Please review my photos as I consider them the major part of the description of these two pieces.

    Description

    This pattern is elegant in its simplicity.  The pieces have a hefty and balanced feel.  As noted above, there is minimal wear considering their age, the butter knife having more than the spoon.
