Autolite Sta-ful Batteries Sign Double Sided Rack Stand Sign?

Description

You are looking at buying a used sign. I am not sure if this hung from the ceiling or if it was a rack display sign or what. One side is little yellowed as you can see. Item is not mint buy not terrible either. If i had to guess items is from the 50s- 60s. Item is made of wood. Please look at the pics, feedback, and the rest of my items.
