    Description

    3" x 55" strip of bellows cloth used for making or restoring the mandolin rail in player pianos. Use with pinch fit mandolin rail clips.
    This strip is likely longer than necessary - most mandolin rails do not have clips on notes with wound strings (strings with a *usually* copper winding around a steel core, usually found in the bass register) as the clips will cause damage to the softer copper.  Simply cut it to the length you need.
    Check my eBay store for the pinch fit metal clips used for making (or repairing) mandolin rails in player pianos (item # 291681866781).  Best clip I've found for the task. Very similar to the old OK paper fasteners.
