Brinks cotton and other clamps - nice

Not a tool guy lol - all tho I do get lots often.  This comes from a hi end estate - lots of nice name older tools . Check out my listing s ?   I opened this item closed it - seems to work good . But again, I am no expert on tools - and I have no idea how to operate these things properly.   So - I would only describe condition as good - good enough - because I’m not the guy to use them LOL.   Expect some use ware .
Please check the pictures thoroughly to determine the condition for yourself. I am very knowledgeable on a lot - but an expert on none and I’m very honest. I would never miss lead for a sale. If you’re not happy and want to return it, please just pay for shipping and send it on back.
