This is the hard covered book that showcases the D23 Archives Exhibit at the D23 Expo in 2011.
There are 100 color pages showing in-depth looks at the special archives collection.  It includes many great topics: Walt Disney and the Railroad, the Mickey Mouse Club, Zorro, Sleeping Beauty, Hocus Pocus, The Rocketeer, Alice in Wonderland, National  Treasure, Pirates of the Caribbean, TRON, and more.
The book measures approximately 10" x 10".  I obtained it at the 2011 D23 Expo and it has been stored ever since.  I glanced through the pages to highlight the topics in the above paragraph.  There is very light wear on the corners and edges.
