The item available here is a new old stock Devilbiss fluid regulator
.  This comes as shown with the original packaging in NEW condition.  There are five of these initially available (see last picture) and they are being sold individually.
This item has not been tested and comes with a 30 day return policy from the date the item was shipped, EXCEPT INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING.  Postage is not covered.
