Shipping represents actual cost to us, no handling included.
What this means, if you’re not familiar with this concept is:  IT IS CALCULATED SHIPPING.  USPS determines the rate based on the weight, the service indicated, the distance from us to you.  What you see (and yes, you do see the shipping cost before you bid, we’ve checked!) is the actual USPS rate.  Which we do not set.  It’s surprising we’re not in charge of the United States Postal Service, but alas, we are not.
