Frank Neat Kentucky Flattop Banjo 1998

Alright, here's the deal.  I'm not a banjo person.  I'm going to describe this as best as I can.  I know these are high end pieces and there's a lot of variation.  So please bear with me.  I have taken pictures of the inside and outside.  If there is something you're looking for, please ask me before buying.
This is a 1998 Frank Neat Banjo.  The Flange is branded Gibson.  The neck appears to be flamed maple. The tailpiece says Presto.  The resonator appears to be flamed maple.  The inlays appear to be MOP.  The rim appears to be mahogany.  2 solid metal rods secure the neck to the rim.  Remo Weather King head, made in USA.  It weighs 11lbs 5.5oz.  The case is a high quality Canadian made with nice blue velvet, what I would expect with a Gibson.
I called and spoke to Mr. Neat and sent him pictures.  He confirmed it was one of his banjos and he suggested a 00 price point, I'm happy to let it go for less than his MSRP
