This is 1 vintage ribbon badge, showing both sides. It is from the Star Council
No.87. Jr. O.U.A.M. in Barton Md. The ribbon on one side is read, white, and
blue.
On the reverse side, the ribbon is black for mourning.
It has a metal
fringe
at the bottom. It measures 2 1/2" x 9" overall and is in
extremely
good condition.
