Lapel Pin Fall River Mass PBSCS Crown Antique C Clasp Closure Help

Description

Antique Lapel Pin - Ornate Gold Tone Metal & Enamel Pin from "Fall River Mass."  The Organization Initials on the front around the Star are: "PBSCS"
with a Crown in the Center (don't know what Organization that stands for - if you happen to know, please send me a message?) The Banner above says Fall River, Mass.  Measures approx. 1 1/4" long and round area is approx. 7/8" diameter, has C clasp closure dating to the late 1800's to the early 1900's.
In Excellent condition - very shiny, no damage to note, from a smoke-free environment, see all photos.
