    Description

    This curve tracer made by all new component.
    I also offer a lower priced version (179$), assembled with disassembled components, but their accuracy is the same.
    The curve tracer needs to be connected to the PC running on Win98 to win10 (32 or 64 bit) and with my software (free download, but no source).
    The curve tracer needs an external power supply, the power supply is 32-40v regulated power supply, the current is greater than 100mA, the maximum current is 3.5A, depending on the maximum current you need to measure.
    Curve tracer can measure BJT or FET,  "Ic->Hfe / Vbe->Ic / Vgs->Id / Vds->Id / Vce->Ic" curve, diode I-V curve, three terminal regulator "Io->Vo / Vi->Vo" curve.  It also supports scripts to control curve tracers and custom measurements.
    The curve tracer can output - 32 ~ + 32V voltage and maximum 3.5A current to measure your components.
    The minimum voltage resolution  is 2~5mv, and the minimum current resolution is 0.1uA.
