    Description

    Very old box of Staples that fit standard staplers.  The box appears to be full.  I have not removed any and if feels like it has the full complement of 5000.  The address and phone numbers of the Banner Rubber Stamps & Seal Co indicate that these date back to 1940s or 1950s.  Note the box has metal reinforced green corners.  Box has picked up some wear over the years but is intact.  The top part of the staples (last photo) have some discoloration in some spots.  I think these are usable although I have not tried them but also think the box with staples is a nice vintage collectible.  Thanks for viewing.
