An RA# must be requested through eBay messaging for all returns. Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving item. Please do not call to receive an RA#.
Any item received without an RA# will be rejected.
Some manufacturers do not allow dealers to give refunds for defective items but instead require merchandise by sent directly to them for replacement. We recommend if you have a problem with an item purchased from Kinsey's Outdoors to contact the manufacturer's customer service department first as in some cases they can resolve the problem over the phone.
Items returned that are not defective must be in new unopened condition. Returns for non-defective items will be refunded the price paid minus a 15% restocking fee. If you return an item that you claim is defective and it is not,the item will be shipped back to you at your expense.
