Nigeria Airmail to USSR 1961 with the Belgian Cover Collector's Circuit & Stamps

Description

Original condition cover with content sent from Nigeria to Soviet Union.
Contains swap sheep of the Belgian Cover Collector's Circuit and stamps which were enclosed by sender in Nigeria.
With unknown reason the circuit failed and were not forwarded from USSR furter to Belgium.
Among the reasons, there could have been postal restrictions with USSR law. Common Soviet citizens were limited to correspond with some certain countries of capitalist world and all the other foreign correspondence were under strict control.
Here also the auxillary cancel "Международное" (= International) were hidden sign of Soviet postal censorship.
