This is an acoustic Apang or canjo kit, offered under the Indian Handmade musical instrument. Each of these instrument kits include a fretted neck that is hand-made by the Indian professional artisans at our in house workshops Jaipur. They are fun and easy to play and look great - all at a great price.

It puts out a great twangy sound, perfect for practicing or back porch picking'. These Apang or canjo kits feature handmade hardwood necks with unique hand paint on it. The instrument is strung with an unwound plain steel string tuned to either high C or D. The special wooden cans are painted with a custom-designed.
This mighty kit includes the following: (1) Pre-drilled and fretted Apang Neck; (1) Vintage-style tuner/goat skin head; (1) .012" plain steel strings; Instrument specs: Overall Length: 22"; Scale Length: 5.5"; Wooden Can Size: 6.5" Long
