PAYMENT
Payment must be made through PayPal and within 24 hrs of purchasing the bid. Immediate payment is required if you are using the "Buy it Now" option.
SHIPPING
Product will be shipped with UPS or USPS, whichever is convenient to us and will be sent only to a PayPal confirmed address. Once payment has been confirmed, it will go out the following day except for Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. Free shipping only applies to the states. Yes, we do ship to AA, AE, and AP addresses! Flat fee of .95 to Canada, .95 to Mexico, .95 to Europe and .95 worldwide. We are not responsible for import duties and customs in your country or damages during transit. All merchandise is carefully bubble wrapped and examined before leaving our facility if applicable. Please keep in mind that we are NOT the manufacturer or a shipping company. If you have received your item damaged or faulty without use, please do not leave a negative feedback and contact us immediately. We will be more than happy to place a claim on your behalf with the shipping carrier and notify you with future steps.
For international buyers
: Please check if your package is going out First Class or Priority Mail. If it is First Class, the United States Post Office does not provide a time frame. It states on their website that time "varies" meaning it'll could take anywhere from 10-30 business days. Priority Mail is 6-10 business days and they do not count the day it's picked up, Saturdays and Sundays. It's possible during holidays, that your item may arrive a little late. If you need it sooner, please message me.
RETURNS
Returns can be made within 30 days after it has been delivered and unused for sanitary reasons. Please notify us before returning the product back and the reason. Buyer is responsible for shipping back. Shipping box must be in its original form, unopened and unused for returns to be accepted. Refund given as money back via PayPal minus 20% restocking fee and our shipping out cost (flat rate of .95 for states, .95 for Canada,  .95 worldwide).
