S.M.S. OSWEGO N.Y. printed on the front...same on the back with IN MEMORIAM to turn over when using at a funeral, circa 1900 or so.     There is NO PIN ATTACHED so an ordinary pin must have been used to attach to clothing.       It measures 6 3/4" long, 1 3/4" across.     It is in VERY GOOD CONDITION with light wear, smudging
