Cooking temperature: Our heavy gauge cast aluminum conducts and holds heat better than traditional stainless-steel cookware, so we recommend low to medium heat when cooking. Please do not use your Always Pan in the oven.

Oils & fats: A little fat goes a long way! 1-2 tablespoons of oil or butter is more than enough to lightly coat the Always Pan's entire surface.

We recommend using high smokepoint oils - extra virgin olive, refined coconut, avocado, and peanut oils as well as ghee.

Skip the metal: Stick to non-metal utensils to avoid damaging the coating. Our handy nesting spatula works perfectly.

Washing up: We recommend a quick wash with some soapy water and a soft sponge after each use for best results.
