    Description

    I have here a pair of National "New Circle 8 Finger Picks before they started putting the USA on them.  These picks came after the Oval 8 National Picks, but before the National Picks with the USA on them.  I have heard that they are made out of the same material as the Oval 8 Picks, but don't know if that is true or not.  They sound the same as the Oval 8 Picks to me.
