PALADIN TOOLS Punch Down Impact Tool with 110 and 66 Blade Cutter. Tool is in very good working condition for both low and high impact. Minor surface rust on 66 blade on side but doesn’t affect wire cut. It does take a little effort to switch between low and high impact. Color and shape seem to be somewhat rare so easily to identify on job site as to which tool is yours.
