Pittsburgh Region Horseless Carriage Club Porcelain Plaque

Up for your consideration is a small porcelain? plaque for the Pittsburgh region of the Horseless Carriage Club of America. I measures about 6 in. x 3 in. The back has some what appears of be glue residue(tiny bit sticky in places) on the back. I have not attempted to clean it for fear of damaging it.
