Beautiful Birds and Excellent Layers! These become large birds and are considered dual purpose for meat and eggs. They each have their own personality and make awesome pets. Our flock has a good mix of colors, so variety should be expected.
The Naked Neck is a breed of chicken that is naturally devoid of feathers on its neck and vent. The breed is also called the Transylvanian Naked Neck, as well as the Turken. Originally from Transylvania - Romania, and was largely developed in Germany.
Please note - according to our research and hatching experience roughly 20% of the chicks hatched will not have naked necks. Their bodies, coloring, and stature are exactly the same as the other chicks but their necks are feathered. This is not an egg mix up issue.
Our animals are pasture raised, and offered a non-gmo, organic feed that is soy-free. All eggs are hand-gathered daily.

Be prepared for your eggs by having your incubator running 2 days prior to delivery. When you receive, gently unwrap and let sit for 24 hours on their side so they can settle before placing in your incubator.
We cannot guarantee hatch rates. We have a 90% hatch rate here at the farm but shipped hatching eggs usually have 50% hatch rate or less. This is normal with all shipped eggs due to the many factors that eggs go through during shipping, your incubator, humidity, temperature, etc.

NOTE- I do not file claims with the postal service on behalf of the buyer for late shipments since I have in the past been repeatedly denied for lack of physical evidence which as a seller I DO NOT HAVE. If your shipments are late or damaged, when it arrives, please take photos of the box, shipping label, and contents, and a copy of your paid receipt and go to usps.com to file your claim. Priority mail includes insurance with the option of choosing more at checkout. USPS has made it impossible for me as a seller to file claims for THEIR delays and damage without having physical proof so any claims must be filed by the buyer. If you are not prepared to file your own claim in the event it is necessary, then please do not bid because I do not accept returns or give refunds.
