Return Eligibility
You may return most new, unopened items for a refund within 30 days of sale. All returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. You must return items in new or unused condition with all original materials included with the shipment; thus, the merchandise must be returned in resalable condition: complete in original packaging, unused, and free from damage. All Item(s) must be returned in original condition, undamaged, unopened, unused and uncut complete in original packaging.
Returns will not be accepted on items that are:

Items cannot be returned once installed
Missing their serial number or UPC
Non-Returnable Items
Returned more than 30 days after delivery
Returned without notification
Tools and Meters are exchangeable within 3 days of receipt.

Return Instructions
To return new condition items by mail, send us an email and have your packing slip or order number handy. Once your return is approved, we will provide a return address, and you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number that you'll write directly on your shipment box. Finally, mail the packing slip along with purchased items, all their contents, and product packaging to the address provided to you. We must receive your returned items within 45 days of the date of sale (see Non-Returnable Items for exceptions).
Damage may happen during shipping, and we apologize for the inconvenience this may cause. Please contact customer service if you have received damaged goods, and we will assist you immediately.
We inspect all returned items when they arrive at our processing facility. If your return is a result of an error on the part of Climatedoctors, we will refund the full cost of the merchandise and original shipping charges.
If you return an item that was opened or shows signs of wear, that item is not eligible for a refund.
Products must be received at our returns processing facility before 30 days from the date of sale.
You can expect your refund within four weeks from the date you return your package. In most cases you will receive a refund sooner, but we estimate four weeks because of the time required for return shipping (up to 14 days), product inspection at our returns facility (up to 5 business days), and processing from your bank or credit card company (up to 5 business days). All refunds are issued to the original method of payment unless you selected to return for in-store credit. Once your return is processed we will send you an email with your refund details.
