    Description

    We are pleased to offer a set of 6 handsome silverplated tea or bombilla straws.  A bombilla is a type of tea (mate) that is made in many Hispanic cultures.  These straws are used to separate the leaves from the tea so it can be drunk easily.  They have small, bulbous bowls at one end of the straw that are pierced or perforated on both sides.  They have a decorative band near the opening and a maker's mark that we are unable to identify.  Hard to find!
    Condition:
    Very good - minor use scratches but no silver wear or loss, heel wear or shadows.  There are no monograms.

    5 1/4" long.
