This listing is for a vintage automotive supply store/garage supply for a DAYTON FAN BELT Display Rack.  The metal prongs can fold to an upwards position. The item measures 5 - 3/4 inches high x 34 - 1/4 inches long.
Condition:  there is paint smearing here and there, there are different types of surface wear and stains - see photos
