Seen this sell on eBay before,but not so decorated as this one, with purple sash, trimmed in white, big 15" long  thick silver color probably aluminum silver chain,
Medal pendant itself 2-3" diameter, embossed lettering, symbols on it,  connectedtochain on sash.  heavy enameled shield on metal is red plus enameled blue background with fleur dimlis symbols
PLUS above on sash, 2-1/2" tall by 1-1)2" wide  same symbol in miniature above silver bar, 2 heavy duty tack pins on back, plus red white blue flag type embroidered sumbol..

Upper right copper colored chalice pin, 3D with balance scale inside , over 1" diameter, maybe 1/2" tall pinned on purple sash
