This particular auction is for
a rare vintage car club plaque that has on it
"ROMAN WHEELS -- CLINTON, IND."
. This was made by Chicago Metal Craft, Port Chicago, California and sold to car club members who would put them on their license plates or bumpers of their cars. This has
surface wear and blemishes; soiling/staining; dings/scratches; paint wear; other blemishes and wear; etc.
