Vintage GARLAND SUGAR SHELL Rogers & Bro Silver Plate

This is a listing for a SUGAR SHELL SPOON in the GARLAND Pattern.  Made by Rogers & BRO Company. The designer of the pattern was Frederick E. Pretat.
This spoon is marked with a star and Rogers & Bro A1 on the back of the handle.  This is pre-owned and has been used.  There are scratches, rubs, blemishes and tarnish.  The bowl in particular has spots and a few scratches.  I have not tried to polish any of these out. Good Vintage Used condition overall.
