Vintage Silverplate Spoon, “HONI SUIT OUI MALY PENSE” inscribed around the center circle.  Has to do with Order of the Garter from what research I have done.   I think the word BRITAIN is possibly below that – the B and the N are visible.  No Maker Identification.  Measures 6”.  Interesting piece.
**I find these treasures at estate and tag sales and thrift stores.  Most of them are vintage or pre-owned so occasionally are not perfect.  I am not a bulk seller.  From a non-smoking  and pet free home.
