Vintage Steiff Pom Pom Wooly Rooster w/Tag

Description

This is a vintage Steiff pom pom rooster with tag. He is in lovely condition with the exception of something that happened along the way to the back of one of his feet (see last photo). It’s not very noticeable without close inspection. He also tends to want to lean forward unless propped up just right. The third photo shows how he stands without balancing him up. It seems that maybe he is meant to be pecking the ground maybe?
