Can I use WedGees on my children's eyeglasses?
Absolutely! As you probably know, kids are really tough on eyeglasses. They play hard and their eyeglasses get thrown around a lot, plus if they don't fit properly they can get thrown off your child's face and cause damage to their glasses. This can cost you money getting them re-fitted or getting new eyeglasses.

Will WedGees work for heavy eyeglasses?
Absolutely! This is one of "WedGees Eyeglass Retainers" strongest points. Over the years many of our "family of customers" biggest complaints was that their thick, heavy eyeglasses, sunglasses and safety glasses constantly slip down their nose. With WedGees, their eyeglass slipping stopped instantly.
My nose has a very flat bridge and I can't find anything to keep my eyeglasses in place except eyeglass straps which are very uncomfortable. Will WedGees work for me?

One of the optical industry's answers to properly fitting eyewear is to squeeze your frames onto your head so they will stay in place. Sounds uncomfortable to me.

This is another excellent question we get quite often. Yes! WedGees will correct this problem. Not just make it easier to live with.
The ears on almost everybody are slightly offset from the other. And some people are extremely offset. And as you can guess this causes problems for many eyeglass wearers such as "Out of Focus Vision" and headaches. This was one of the engineering feats we had to tackle when we were developing our eyeglass retainers in the early days.
After hundreds of designs we finally discovered the perfect shape to solve this problem. By adjusting WedGees to your particular head and ear shape you will get perfect fitting and comfortable eyeglasses.
I paid a lot of money for my new glasses. Can WedGees damage my eyeglasses or temple arms?
No, not in any way!
WedGees are made of soft neoprene rubber and fabric (like scuba suit material). Since they simply slip on your temple arms and rest on your ears and are not mechanically attached to your glasses they can do no harm. In fact they will probably protect your investment better then any optical accessory you can buy.
I do a lot of gardening and my glasses slide down my nose because I am always looking down and I sweat a lot. Will WedGees help with this problem?

Will WedGees work with large and small temple arms?
There are a few models and brands that WedGees can't fit on very well. For eyewear with very wide temple arms (over 3/8” of an inch or (9mm) wide or more) you would have to use our new Large Version Wedgees (available in Black and Gray right now)
Wire cable glasses and some very thin temple are eyeglasses may not be able to use WedGees out of the package but we have some great methods some of our customers have come up with to make them work on these.
